Electrical Installation Lecturer

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £44,000 to 48,000 per annum

Start Date: August/September

About the Role:

A leading further education institution is seeking a dedicated Electrical Installation Lecturer to join their team. This role involves teaching and supporting students in their journey towards achieving qualifications in electrical installation. The institution is committed to providing an engaging learning environment and fostering a culture of excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in electrical installation.
• Prepare and assess student’s work, providing constructive feedback.
• Support students in their learning and personal development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in electrical installation or equivalent.
• Relevant professional qualifications in electrical installation.
• Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Experience in delivering education or training is preferred.
• Further education teaching qualifications are an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in the electrical installation industry.
• Previous teaching experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
