Electrical Installation Lecturer

Job Description

We are working with a well-established Further Education provider in London who are looking to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable Electrical Installation Lecturer

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician or current lecturer to join a growing department and help develop the next generation of Electrical professionals. You will be delivering engaging lessons across Level 1-3 Electrical Installation programmes, covering both practical workshop delivery and classroom-based theory.

The college is open to both permanent and temporary candidates, making this a fantastic opportunity for professionals seeking flexibility or long-term stability.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality teaching across Electrical Installation qualifications
• Teach practical and theoretical sessions to FE learners
• Support learner progress, achievement, and attendance
• Carry out marking, assessments, and course administration
• Maintain a safe and professional workshop environment
• Work closely with the wider Construction and Engineering department

Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification
• Relevant industry experience within Electrical Installation
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred
• Teaching qualification desirable or willingness to work towards one
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion for education and learner development
