Job Description

We are working with a well-established Further Education provider in Cambridge who are looking to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable Electrical Installation Lecturer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrician or current lecturer to step into a rewarding role where you’ll be shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople. You’ll be delivering high-quality teaching across Level 1-3 Electrical Installation, combining both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based theory.

You’ll play a key role in engaging learners, supporting their progression, and maintaining high standards within the department.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (essential)
  • Industry experience within electrical installation
  • Previous teaching or training experience (preferred, not essential)
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for education and developing future talent
