Electrical Installation Lecturer

Location: London

Salary: £48,000 – £52,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The college is developing a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, and the successful candidate will play a leading role in bringing it to life. This is far more than a standard lecturing position- you will have the autonomy and influence to design, build, and establish a flagship Electrical Installation provision.

The Role

• Lead the planning, development, and delivery of the Electrical Installation curriculum (Level 3 and below)
• Take ownership of designing and equipping new workshops, ensuring industry relevance and excellence
• Build the course profile, reputation, and student engagement from the ground up
• Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to learners
• Contribute to long-term strategic growth within the department

Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or equivalent)
• Teaching qualification (or working towards)
• Proven teaching experience in Electrical Installation
• Strong industry background and up-to-date sector knowledge
• Passion for curriculum innovation and learner success
