FE Electrical Assessor

London | Temporary Contract | £30-£50 Per Hour

⚡ Experienced Electrical Assessor wanted for an exciting Further Education College in North London! ⚡

We are currently working with a leading FE Colleges who are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Assessor to join the team on a temporary basis.

If you have a strong Electrical Installation background, hold an Assessor qualification, and have previous FE or apprenticeship assessing experience, this could be the perfect next opportunity.

The Role

You will be supporting and assessing learners and apprentices across Electrical Installation programmes, ensuring high standards of progress, achievement, and industry readiness.

Duties may include:

• Carrying out workplace and on-site assessments
• Supporting learner portfolios and evidence gathering
• Conducting reviews and progress tracking
• Working closely with employers and curriculum teams
• Ensuring learners meet awarding body standards

Requirements

✔ Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification (or higher)
✔ Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, CAVA or equivalent)
✔ Previous assessing experience within FE or Apprenticeships
✔ Strong industry experience within Electrical Installation
✔ Excellent communication and learner support skills
✔ Enhanced DBS preferred
