Morgan Hunt are working with a leading national Charity who are looking to recruit an EHCP Coordinator in Birmingham. This is a full time, permanent contract paying £27,500. The role will be office based as well as visiting local employers. The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate EHCP’s for post 16 special needs learners studying an Employability programme.

The EHCP Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the EHCP review process
• Attending reviews for both new and existing learners
• Collaborating with local authorities, parents/carers and learners
• Ensuring the required number of learners are recruited onto the programme
• Ensuring suitable learners are recruited onto programme

The EHCP Coordinator will need to:

• Have experience of being involved in the EHCP review processes
• Have experience of working with learners with special educational needs preferably aged 16 and over
• Experience of working within preferably within employability
• Have worked within a target driven environment
• Be qualified to a minimum of Grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
• Have a full UK driving licence and access to their own car
