TEMP – Part-Time Outreach Worker (22.5 hours per week)

📍 Location: Telford

⏰ Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Temporary – 8 weeks initially

What you’ll do:

• Provide outreach support to victims and survivors of domestic abuse, including telephone and face-to-face contact.
• Complete assessments, safety planning, and signpost to specialist services.
• Deliver group sessions such as Seeking Safety and The Freedom Program.
• Offer crisis support, helping clients navigate child protection, housing, or justice processes.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met at all times.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, resilient, and able to support clients in crisis.
• Experienced in working with vulnerable groups (experience in domestic abuse services is essential).
• Skilled in partnership working and building positive relationships.
• Organised with strong record-keeping and communication skills.
• Clear Enhanced DBS on update service.
