Your Role:

• Provide excellent customer service, offering information, advice, and support.
• Handle reception duties, including managing calls, sorting mail, logging repair requests, and processing payments.
• Ensure safety as a First Aider and Fire Marshal, conducting building patrols and wellbeing checks.
• Support residents, service users, and the public by addressing concerns, listening, and resolving complaints.
