Course Team Leader – Professional Construction

Location: Milton Keynes, UK

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Professional Construction course team.
• Develop and implement engaging curriculum materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Collaborate with industry partners to enhance course relevance.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• A minimum Level 3 qualification in a construction-related field.
• Teaching qualification is preferred but not essential.

Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience in a teaching or training role is advantageous.
• Experience in course development and assessment.
• Knowledge of current industry practices and standards.
