About Us:
I am delighted to be working exclusively with a leading charity with offices based across the UK. They are committed to making a tangible difference in people’s lives. Their digital platforms are vital for engaging and supporting their audiences. They are seeking 4 skilled Content Designers to join then on a contract basis, helping them to create user-focused content that is clear, accessible, and impactful.

The Role:
They are looking for content designers who have practical experience writing content for the web, based on user needs, and a strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD). You’ll be responsible for crafting content that helps people complete tasks, access information, and engage with their services effectively. You should be a self-starter who can manage your own work while collaborating with UX, design, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit content for websites and digital services that meets real user needs.

• Apply user-centered design principles to ensure content is useful, usable, and accessible.

• Work closely with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver content solutions.

• Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and supports inclusive experiences.

• Conduct content reviews and recommend improvements based on user research.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience as a content designer, writing for web or digital services.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user-focused content creation.

• Experience working with UX, design, or digital teams to deliver content solutions.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Contract Details:

• Temp contract until March 2026.

• All roles are inside IR35.

• Day rate: £370-£400 per day.

• Remote working arrangements.
