Morgan Hunt are working with a Housing Association to source a Commercial Housing Assistant in East London. You’ll be the front line force behind Commercial Housing services-keeping tenancies moving, residents supported, and homes occupied. Fast-paced, people-focused, and genuinely impactful.

What You’ll Own

• Outstanding customer service across market rent, shared ownership & leasehold
• Tenancy admin from advertising to sign-up to move-out
• Pre-tenancy checks, Right to Rent & referencing
• Marketing and shortlisting for market rent homes
• End-of-tenancy processes, deposits & keys
• Accurate records, inbox management & first-time resolution
• Escalating complex cases and working closely with Property Managers
• Keeping services compliant, efficient and resident-focused

What You Bring

• Housing, lettings or customer-facing admin experience
• Confidence in a busy, reactive environment
• Strong communication and IT skills
• A proactive, organised, get-it-done mindset
• Commitment to excellent service-every contact, every time

(Housing knowledge, leases, resales or safeguarding experience a plus
