AD HOC SUPPORT WORKER – HOMELESSNESS HOSTEL

📍 Central London, EC1A

💷 £13.80 per hour

📅 Ad hoc shifts – as and when required

🌅 7:30am – 3:30pm

🌆 2:30pm – 10:30pm

We’re looking for compassionate, proactive and resilient Support Workers to join our small, modern homelessness hostel in Central London.

You’ll be supporting people with medium to high support needs during their 28-day stay, helping them access appropriate services and work towards positive outcomes.

This is a busy, high-paced environment, so we’re looking for people who can think on their feet, remain calm under pressure and take initiative. You’ll work closely with the wider team, with no individual caseload, ensuring all clients receive consistent and person-centred support. 🤝

⭐ Experience

Previous experience in a homelessness hostel, supported accommodation, housing or a similar environment would be ideal, but it’s not essential.

We’re particularly interested in people with the right attitude, who are reliable, adaptable and genuinely proactive in their approach.
