An established Further Education College is seeking a skilled and motivated Industry Skills Tutor to join its dedicated construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to inspire and develop the next generation of carpenters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and practical training in Carpentry & Joinery up to Level 3
• Plan, prepare, and assess engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards
• Support and track learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Maintain a safe and inclusive workshop environment
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Level 3 relevant qualification
• Industry experience in carpentry or construction
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion for education and learner development
