🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Business lessons to Further Education students.
• Teach across relevant Business and Business Management programmes.
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback to support progress.
• Monitor learner achievement and maintain accurate student records.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Support learners with their academic and professional development.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement.
• Encourage learners to develop their employability and industry knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
• Ensure safeguarding, equality, health and safety and college policies are followed.

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience teaching Business within Further Education or a similar setting.
• Strong subject knowledge across Business and Business Management.
• Experience delivering engaging lessons to FE learners.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
• The ability to assess learner work and provide effective feedback.
• A genuine passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential.
• Relevant industry experience would be desirable.
• A relevant teaching qualification would be desirable.
