Pay Rate: £37 per hour

Contract: Temporary, ongoing

Hours: Full-time

We’re working with a well-established and welcoming college in Epping who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Lecturer to join their team on a full-time, temporary ongoing basis.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across a range of BTEC Business courses, helping students develop a strong understanding of business principles and preparing them for future study or employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for BTEC Business students at Levels 2 and 3
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students are motivated to succeed
• Assess student work in line with awarding body standards and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor learner progress and support individual development through tutorials and guidance
• Contribute to course development and departmental activities as part of the wider teaching team

Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent)
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Business or a related subject area
• Previous experience teaching BTEC Business within an FE or sixth form setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to providing a positive learning experience and helping learners achieve their full potential
