Are you an experienced Bricklayer looking to pass on your skills and knowledge to the next generation?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a Birmingham-based college for a Bricklaying Lecturer to join their Construction team on a full-time basis for an initial 12-week temporary assignment.

What You’ll Need:

✅ Level 3 Bricklaying qualification (preferred)

✅ Recent industry experience in Bricklaying

✅ Teaching, training, coaching or mentoring experience desirable

✅ A passion for helping learners develop practical trade skills

The Role:

• Deliver engaging Bricklaying lessons and practical workshops
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Promote safe working practices within workshop environments
• Support students in gaining the skills needed for industry success
