About

We’re looking for a BIM / Information Manager to join Scotland’s largest M&E contractor, supporting the delivery of flagship projects across custodial, data centres, education, commercial and other sectors. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the management and delivery of project information, with a particular focus on COBie, asset information, data quality and digital handover. You’ll work alongside design teams and the wider supply chain to ensure information is structured, coordinated and delivered in line with client requirements and ISO 19650 standards. We’re open to candidates at different stages of their careers. You could be an established Information Manager looking for your next challenge, or a BIM / Revit Technician who enjoys the data and information side of BIM more than modelling and is looking to make that their main specialism.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of COBie datasets and asset information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Manage information workflows in line with ISO 19650 and project-specific standards.
  • Produce and maintain BIM documentation, including BEPs, TIDPs and AIRs.
  • Working with Revit models and associated data to ensure information is accurate, consistent and usable.
  • Liaising with M&E design teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders to resolve information gaps and maintain data quality.
  • Supporting the delivery of digital information across projects from design through to handover.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in BIM, Revit or Information Management within a construction, MEP, engineering or architectural environment.
  • Knowledge of COBie, asset information and data validation.
  • Understanding of ISO 19650 and Common Data Environment workflows.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Benefits

  • 35 days holidays
  • 10% pension
  • Salary sacrifice
  • Private healthcare
  • Flexible working hours
  • Salary review
