We’re looking for an experienced Asset Management Project Manager to lead a major investment programme across our housing stock. After years of limited capital works, we are launching significant improvements-including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and energy efficiency upgrades-and need someone who can drive this transformation.
You will oversee stock condition surveys, manage data quality, and develop both a 30-year investment strategy and a deliverable 5-year capital plan. The role requires excellent project management, strong technical knowledge of property components, and extensive experience procuring and managing large-value contracts.
You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager but will lead the end-to-end programme, ensuring compliance with housing and building safety regulations while delivering high-quality, cost-effective works that improve resident’s homes.
The role will involve:
· Procuring and arranging stock condition survey contracts, and using the results to develop planned and cyclical investment requirements for our 30-year asset plan
· Procuring 5-year contracts for kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and doors
· Procuring cyclical external painting contracts
You must have recent, hands-on procurement delivery experience in social housing to be considered.
This is a great opportunity to shape long-term investment and deliver meaningful improvements for residents. Hybrid working and part-time options available.
