Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Account Manager to join our Birmingham office. This role will focus on the Charity Sector, with a strong emphasis on managing key client relationships, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions, and developing a specialist desk.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Base (Plus Commission)

Location: Birmingham -Hybrid working

Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

The Role

This is a client-facing, relationship-led position, ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients within the Charity Sector
  • Act as the primary point of contact, delivering a consultative and solutions-focused service
  • Understand client needs, workforce challenges, and organisational goals to provide tailored recruitment strategies
  • Conduct regular client meetings, service reviews, and on-site visits (Car driver essential)
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure repeat business
  • Represent both your personal brand and Morgan Hunt in a professional and credible manner

Market Expertise & Consultancy

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Further Education sector
  • Provide insights and advice to clients on market trends, salary bench marking, and hiring strategies
  • Deliver a full end-to-end consultancy service, ensuring both client and candidate expectations are exceeded

The Ideal Candidate

  • Background in Agency Recruitment or a client-facing sales/account management role
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality service
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to overall business success
