SEND Support Worker – College and Personal Care

Do you have experience in personal care and want to help young people access education?

Morgan Hunt is looking for a SEND Support Worker to support students at Barnet and Southgate College. This role combines practical care with learning support, helping students participate in college life with dignity and confidence.

What you will be doing:

• Providing personal care sensitively and respectfully.

• Supporting students with complex needs to access classroom activities.

• Encouraging independence and participation throughout the college day.

• Following individual support plans and reporting concerns to the appropriate staff.

What you will need:

• Previous hands-on personal care experience.

• Experience supporting people with learning difficulties or disabilities.

• Strong communication skills and a calm, compassionate manner.

• An enhanced adult and child DBS on the Update Service.
