I’m looking for a Change Business Analyst to join a growing change function supporting a range of business improvement and digital change initiatives across the organisation.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career Analyst looking to broaden their experience, take ownership of their work and develop within a varied change environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Mapping current and future processes
• Engaging with stakeholders across different departments
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• Supporting digital transformation, system implementations and wider change projects
• Working across business and technology teams

What I’m looking for:

• Around 6 months to 2 years Analysis/Change experience
• Experience of requirements gathering and process mapping
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working independently

You’ll join at an exciting time with plenty of change underway including a major new management system alongside a wider pipeline of improvement initiatives.
