Job Title: Apprenticeship Business Development Officer (Temporary)

Location: East London

About the Role / Job Summary:

A Further Education College in East London is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Apprenticeship Business Development Officer to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and fostering strong relationships with industry partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Apprenticeships and developing relationships with employers. This is full time, temporary position with the potential to become permanent. This role is paying an hourly rate of up to £24 per hour and will be based on site 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and promote the college’s Apprenticeships.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and innovative outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners.
• Identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development within Apprenticeships.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
