HR Assistant
South Manchester
Temporary Contract
Hourly Rate: ~£16 Per Hour
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join an established team within a local housing association.
The HR Assistant will play an important role in supporting the smooth and effective delivery of HR services, providing administrative support to colleagues and managers across the organisation.
This is a varied role where you will assist with a range of HR activities, including recruitment and onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR processes and responding to day-to-day queries from employees and managers.
The role will help ensure our employees feel supported, valued and listened to, while ensuring HR processes are managed fairly, consistently and in line with organisational policies and employment legislation.
