🚨 OUTREACH SUPPORT WORKER – EAST SURREY 🚨

📍 Location: East Surrey – Redhill

💷 Pay: £16.36 per hour

📅 Assignment: 3 months

⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week

🚗 Full UK Driving Licence: ESSENTIAL

We’re currently recruiting for an Outreach Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting individuals across the East Surrey area.

🏠 THE ROLE

You’ll provide practical and emotional support to individuals in the community, helping them maintain their independence, access services and achieve their personal goals.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• 🤝 Providing high-quality, person-centred outreach support
• 🏡 Supporting individuals with daily living and community activities
• 💪 Encouraging independence, confidence and wellbeing
• 💬 Building positive and professional relationships
• 📅 Supporting access to appointments, activities and community services
• 📝 Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• 👥 Working alongside colleagues and other professionals
• 🛡️ Following safeguarding, health & safety and organisational procedures

⏰ WORKING HOURS

37.5 hours per week, including two early-morning outreach shifts:

🌅 Tuesday: 5:00am – 1:00pm

🌅 Friday: 5:00am – 1:00pm

Additional hours will make up the 37.5-hour working week.

✅ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

✔️ Previous experience in support work, care or outreach

✔️ Full UK driving licence – essential 🚗

✔️ Caring, patient and person-centred approach

✔️ Excellent communication skills

✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔️ Reliable and flexible

✔️ Commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals
