About the Role / Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the development and management of apprenticeship programs, ensuring quality delivery and compliance with educational standards. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality education and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage apprenticeship programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Support apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of apprentices, providing guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with academic staff to develop training materials and resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.
• Facilitate communication between apprentices, employers, and the organization.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and educational standards.

Education Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in education, training, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in apprenticeship management or vocational training.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in coordinating educational programs or apprenticeships.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with students and employers effectively.
• Previous experience in an education or training setting is preferred.
