We’re recruiting on behalf of a Birmingham-based college for a Plumbing Lecturer to join their Construction team on a full-time basis for an initial 12-week temporary assignment.

What You’ll Need:

✅ Level 3 Plumbing qualification (preferred)

✅ Recent industry experience in Plumbing

✅ Teaching, training, coaching or mentoring experience desirable

✅ Passion for supporting learners to achieve their goals

The Role:

• Deliver engaging Plumbing lessons and practical workshops
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Promote safe working practices and positive learning environments
• Support students in developing industry-ready skills
