**Job Title:** Curriculum Manager – Plumbing

**Location:** North London

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Curriculum Manager for the Plumbing department. This role is pivotal in leading the development and delivery of high-quality plumbing education programs.

The Curriculum Manager will ensure compliance with educational standards, foster an engaging learning environment, and collaborate with faculty and industry partners to align the curriculum with market needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage the curriculum for Plumbing programs.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching methods and materials.
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Engage with industry partners to align curriculum with market needs.
  • Provide leadership and support to faculty members.
  • Organize training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and implement necessary changes.

**The Person we are looking for:**

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing education and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Degree in Education, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in plumbing or vocational education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a teaching or managerial role within the plumbing sector.
  • Experience in developing educational programs and curricula.
  • Background in further education or vocational training preferred.
