🚨 Temporary Recovery Worker Required – ASAP Start! 🚨

📍 Location: Chelmsford, Essex

📅 Contract: 3 Months

💷 Rate: £18

We’re looking for an experienced Recovery Worker to join our team on a temporary 3-month contract with an immediate/ASAP start.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 The role will include:

✅ Managing a mixed caseload of opiate, non-opiate, and alcohol clients

✅ Supporting criminal justice clients, including those subject to ATR (Alcohol Treatment Requirement) and DRR (Drug Rehabilitation Requirement) orders

✅ Delivering high-quality recovery-focused interventions and support

✔️ We’re looking for someone with:

🔹 Experience working within substance misuse services

🔹 Confidence managing a mixed caseload independently

🔹 Knowledge of recovery interventions across drugs and alcohol

🔹 Criminal justice experience (desirable)
