This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality childcare qualifications, supporting learners to develop the knowledge and skills required to begin or progress their careers within the early years sector.

📍 Location: London

💷 Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum + Expenses

📄 Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (with potential to extend)

📅 Start Date: ASAP

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging face-to-face teaching across London.
• Deliver Level 2 childcare programmes to unemployed learners.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet awarding body requirements.
• Assess learner progress and provide regular feedback and support.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements.
• Deliver occasional evening and weekend sessions where required, with TOIL or reduced weekday hours provided.
• Support learners to successfully achieve their qualifications.

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Occupational competency within the Early Years or Childcare sector.
• Experience delivering or assessing childcare qualifications.
• Excellent communication, classroom delivery, and organisational skills.
• A passion for developing learners and helping individuals start careers within childcare.
• The ability to travel across London for face-to-face delivery.

📚 Programmes Delivered

• Level 2 Safeguarding and PREVENT
• Level 2 Introducing Caring for Children and Young People

👥 Learners

• Primarily unemployed learners.
• Maximum cohort size of 20 learners.
• Face-to-face classroom delivery across London.

💰 What We Offer

• Competitive salary of £26,000-£30,000 per annum.
