About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic horticulture professional to join our Apprenticeships team. You will inspire learners through engaging training, workplace assessment and personalised coaching, helping apprentices achieve their qualifications and progress within the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging horticulture workshops and practical training sessions.
  • Coach, mentor and assess apprentices throughout their learning journey.
  • Conduct workplace visits, progress reviews and practical assessments.
  • Support learners with portfolios, coursework and End Point Assessment preparation.
  • Provide meaningful feedback and action plans to support achievement.
  • Build strong relationships with employers and contribute to learner success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant horticulture industry experience.
  • A passion for sharing knowledge and developing others.
  • Experience delivering training, coaching or practical instruction.
  • Strong communication, organisation and assessment skills.
  • Level 2 English and Maths qualification, or willingness to achieve.

Desirable: Level 5 Horticulture qualification, assessor qualification and experience working with apprentices.
