Job Title: Outreach Worker
Location: Southampton, United Kingdom

About the Role / Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Outreach Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support within regulated supported accommodation. The role focuses on empowering vulnerable adults by promoting independence, safeguarding wellbeing, and enabling positive outcomes. The position offers flexible shifts, primarily covering a 24-hour period from 09:00 to 09:00 the following day, including a sleep-in period. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver support in accordance with quality standards.
• Promote equality and contribute to an inclusive working environment.
• Build trusting relationships and offer emotional and practical support.
• Empower individuals to make their own decisions and take control of their lives.
• Support access to education, training, employment, and health services.
• Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of support and achievements.
• Participate in multi-agency meetings to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with complex needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and trauma-informed practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize effectively.

Education Requirements:

• English O’ Level or GCSE.
• A relevant Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent is beneifcial.

Experience Requirements:

• A proven record of working or volunteering with vulnerable adul
• Understanding of safeguarding protocols.
