Job Title: Finance & Administrator Officer

Location: Edinburgh (Leith or Gyle)

About the Role:

Morgan Hunt are so pleased to be working exclusively with Home-Start to help find their new Finance & Administrator Officer to manage financial transactions and support administrative tasks within our organisation. This role is essential to ensuring efficient office operations and maintaining accurate financial records. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to enhance processes and contribute to our mission in the charity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions, including invoicing and expense reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
• Support budgeting processes and financial planning activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in finance or administrative roles is essential.
• Experience in the charity sector is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in finance or administration are an advantage.
