Are you a passionate SEND educator who loves finding creative ways to engage learners? Do you believe every student deserves the opportunity to thrive, grow in confidence, and achieve their full potential?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Specialist SEND Lecturer to join a welcoming and supportive Further Education college in the Cambridge area this September.
This is more than just a teaching role. It’s an opportunity to make a lasting difference. You’ll work with incredible learners, celebrate their achievements, support their personal development, and help them gain the skills they need for independence, employment, and life beyond education.
No two days are ever the same, and every day brings the chance to make a genuine impact.
As a Specialist SEND Lecturer, you’ll deliver engaging, inclusive and learner centred lessons to students with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, learning difficulties, SEMH needs and other SEND requirements.
You’ll create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued, motivated and empowered to succeed. Working closely with support staff, therapists and wider college teams, you’ll play a key role in helping learners achieve both their academic and personal goals.
If you’re passionate about SEND education and want to be part of a college that truly values inclusion, creativity and learner achievement, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and help shape brighter futures for learners across Cambridge.
