I’m recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Improvement & Transformation Co-ordinator to join an established team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting organisation wide transformation, digitalisation and service improvement initiatives. Working across a range of projects you will help drive meaningful change through the effective use of people, processes, data and technology to improve services for customers, enhance colleague experience and support the delivery of strategic objectives.

As part of the Transformation Team you will support the planning, co-ordination and delivery of projects that help modernise the ‘way we work’. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation to support business improvement activities, digital transformation projects, service redesign initiatives and employee engagement programmes. You will help ensure projects remain on track, risks are managed effectively and intended benefits are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

* Co-ordinate and support the delivery of business improvement and transformation projects.

* Help implement digitalisation and channel-shift initiatives that improve customer and colleague experiences.

* Support project planning, monitoring, reporting and governance activities.

* Work with managers and project leads to identify and manage risks, dependencies and priorities.

* Assist with service improvement reviews and the development of more efficient ways of working.

* Support communication and engagement activities to help colleagues understand and embrace change.

* Use data, insight and feedback to support continuous improvement and better decision-making.

You will have:

* Demonstrable experience supporting technology-enabled transformation and service improvement initiatives including the use of digital tools and business systems.

* Experience supporting projects, business improvement initiatives or change programmes.

* Experience in transformation, continuous improvement or service redesign.

* Knowledge of Lean, Systems Thinking or other improvement methodologies.

* Understanding of change management principles and practices.

* A collaborative approach and a willingness to challenge existing processes constructively.

This is a hybrid role with travel required across Argyll & Bute.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
