We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Lecturer to join a Further Education college in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to helping learners develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence in Business Studies.

This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, with a September 2026 start.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Business Studies lessons to students across a range of levels.
• Plan, prepare, and assess high-quality learning programmes in line with curriculum requirements.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learner achievement.
• Create an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate student records and complete all required administrative duties.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support learner success and departmental objectives.

Requirements

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).
• A relevant qualification in Business or a related subject.
• Previous experience teaching Business within a Further Education or secondary education setting.
• Strong classroom management, organisational, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting learners to achieve their academic and career goals.
