Are you an experienced Criminal Justice and Substance Misuse professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Criminal Justice Worker to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 30 October 2026.
This rewarding role involves supporting individuals involved in the criminal justice system to reduce offending, improve their well being and achieve lasting recovery. Working closely with Police, Probation, HM Courts, Housing, Health and Social Care partners, you’ll deliver person-centred assessments, interventions and recovery planning that make a genuine difference.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing (MI), CBT-informed interventions and safeguarding is highly desirable.
