Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skills Lecturer to join a Further Education College in Croydon on a long-term temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a broad skillset to move into, or continue developing, a rewarding career in Further Education. The role will involve delivering practical and theory-based training across a range of construction disciplines, helping learners develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for employment and further progression.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification in a construction trade or a recognised Multi-Skills qualification
• Practical experience across multiple construction trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, brickwork, painting and decorating or other relevant areas
• Strong industry experience and the ability to deliver engaging practical and theory-based sessions
• A teaching qualification is desirable, but candidates with the right industry experience who are open to teaching will also be considered
