Job Title: Building Surveyor (Temp)

Location: Glasgow

About the Role / Job Summary:

A reputable firm is seeking a Building Surveyor to conduct stock condition surveys in social housing. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role will last for around 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct stock condition surveys in social housing.
• Work on-site for one week, followed by one week in the office.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze survey results.
• Prepare detailed reports based on survey findings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in social housing projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveying software and tools.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications in surveying or property management are advantageous.
