The Opportunity
As a Service Analyst, you’ll become an integral member of the Technology Operations team, helping to ensure that critical IT services remain reliable, efficient and fit for purpose.
Working alongside Service Managers, suppliers and colleagues across the organisation, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of IT services, coordinate service-related activities and help drive continual service improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in IT Service Management, Project Management or Business Analysis.
