Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Mainstream Secondary School, Bracknell, Berkshire

Start Date: September 2026

Pay: £550.00 per week

Our partner school, located in Bracknell, Berkshire, is a large, inclusive secondary school with over 1,000 students and a thriving sixth form. With a strong reputation for developing graduate talent, the school offers a supportive environment where you’ll be encouraged to grow professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing academic support in your subject area
• Running small group interventions to help boost student attainment
• Supporting students with SEND to access the curriculum
• Assisting across a range of subjects when needed
• Helping to maintain a positive learning environment through effective behaviour strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in any subject (essential)
• A calm, proactive, and positive attitude
• Previous experience working with young people (desirable, not essential)
• A willingness to learn and a genuine interest in education
