Targeted Support Mentor
Job Title: Targeted Support Mentor
Location: South West London
Salary: 18-23/hr (depending on role & experience)
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temporary
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Targeted Support Mentor to provide personalised support to students who require additional assistance to achieve their academic, personal, and developmental goals.
The successful candidate will work closely with learners who may face barriers to learning, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), literacy and numeracy difficulties, social, emotional, or behavioural challenges, and personal care needs. Through targeted interventions and one-to-one support, you will help students engage in learning, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
