The Role

As a Business Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across Business programmes, helping students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required for further study and employment.

Key duties include:

• Planning and delivering engaging Business lessons.
• Teaching subjects such as Business Studies, Enterprise, Marketing, Management, and related disciplines.
• Supporting learners to achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback.
• Monitoring learner progress and implementing strategies to maximise achievement.
• Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

We are keen to hear from candidates who have:

• A degree or relevant qualification in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards one.
• Previous teaching, training, or industry experience within a business-related environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for education and developing learners’ potential.
