Motor Vehicle Lecturer

Location: East London
Salary: £45,000 per annum

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality theory and practical Motor Vehicle lessons
• Supporting learners through their studies and practical assessments
• Planning and preparing engaging learning materials
• Monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback
• Maintaining safe and effective workshop environments
• Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement activities

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or a closely related discipline
• Recent industry experience within the automotive sector
• Strong practical and diagnostic skills
• Previous teaching, training, or assessing experience is desirable
• A recognised teaching qualification is preferred, though support may be available for the right candidate
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for developing the next generation of automotive professionals
