Morley College London is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join the Senior Leadership Team as Vice Principal – College Services, MIS, Data and Planning.
This is a key senior leadership role responsible for leading college services, management information systems, data, planning and compliance. The postholder will ensure the College has high-quality systems, accurate data and effective planning frameworks to support decision-making, curriculum planning, funding compliance and organisational performance.
The role will be central to strengthening systems integration, improving data intelligence, maximising funding opportunities and enhancing the student experience through efficient, student-focused and technology-enabled services.
About You
We are looking for a senior leader with strong experience within a group structure of MIS, data management, planning, compliance and college services within an education setting.
You will have a strong understanding of FE, HE, apprenticeship and adult skills funding frameworks, alongside experience of ILR returns, statutory reporting, audit, risk and regulatory compliance. You will also bring experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering change across complex systems and services.
You will be analytical, highly organised and able to communicate complex information clearly to senior leaders, governors and external stakeholders. You will also demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgement and a commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and excellent student service.
