About the Role: We are currently seeking a passionate Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join the dynamic team at a leading College in East London. This role involves delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to develop their skills in the motor vehicle field, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in motor vehicle maintenance and repair.

• Develop and assess lesson plans and curriculum materials.

• Support students in practical and theoretical learning.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop environment.

• Engage with industry partners to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle technology or equivalent
• Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to student development and learning

• Relevant industry experience in motor vehicle maintenance.
• Commitment to student development and learning.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in teaching or training in the motor vehicle sector.

• Proven ability to engage and motivate students.

• Experience in developing curriculum materials is preferred.
