Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Location: Sheffield

£14 / Hour

We are specifically looking for caring, enthusiastic and motivated learning support assistants to support students with additional needs across a welcoming and inclusive college in South Yorkshire.

We believe this is more than just a support role, it’s a chance to make a genuine difference in young peoples lives.

What you will be doing:

· Supporting SEN students with a range of additional learning needs, disabilities and barriers to overcome with their learning.

· Encouraging personal growth and independence with students.

· Being a friendly face and a trusted mentor to students.

· Working closely with tutors, support teams and families to provide consistent support.

Looking for people who:

· Have UK experience supporting young people and vulnerable adults.

· Are naturally patient, approachable and empathetic.

· Bring enthusiasm, resilience and professionalism to the job.
