T-Level Engineering Lecturer

Are you an experienced Engineering professional looking to inspire the next generation of engineers?

We are working with a respected Further Education College in London that is looking to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable T-Level Engineering Lecturer to join their growing Engineering department on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong industry knowledge and a genuine passion for education. Previous experience teaching T-Levels is not essential, however a solid understanding of the T-Level Engineering curriculum and modern engineering practices is key.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and practical Engineering lessons to learners studying T-Level Engineering qualifications
• Support and motivate students to achieve outstanding outcomes
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback and support
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and industry partners to enhance the learner experience
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental growth

Requirements:

• Relevant Engineering qualification at Level 3 or above
• Strong industry experience within Engineering
• Knowledge and understanding of T-Level Engineering programmes
• Previous teaching, training or assessing experience is desirable
• Teaching qualification preferred but not essential
• Assessor/IQA qualifications are advantageous
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passion for developing young people and future engineers
