Job Title: Housing & Support Manager
Location: Ealing Common, W5 2QB
Salary: £44,010.50 per annum

We’re seeking a dedicated Housing & Support Manager to lead our team in Ealing Common. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable people to live independently and thrive. You will oversee housing management and support services, ensuring residents receive tailored care, guidance, and opportunities to improve their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Supported Housing Officers and support staff.
• Oversee resident caseloads, develop support plans, and review progress regularly.
• Monitor rent accounts, promote tenancy compliance, and address anti-social behavior.
• Support residents in accessing education, training, volunteering, and employment opportunities.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive living environment.
• Prepare reports, manage budgets, and contribute to service development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housing, social care, or support services management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Empathetic, resilient, and confident in challenging situations.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
