This is a fantastic opportunity for an industry professional or experienced lecturer to deliver engaging and practical Motorsport education across a range of FE programmes.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment within Motorsport, supporting learners to develop both practical workshop skills and underpinning theoretical knowledge. The ideal candidate will bring industry insight, energy and a learner-focused approach to the classroom and workshop environment.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Relevant Level 3 qualification in Motorsport, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline
✔ Previous teaching or training experience is desirable
✔ Strong practical and theoretical Motorsport knowledge
✔ Industry experience within Motorsport or Automotive sectors
✔ A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is advantageous
✔ Passion for developing and motivating learners within Further Education
