Motor Vehicle Lecturer – Further Education
Location: London
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Further Education college in London for a skilled and passionate Motor Vehicle Lecturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive professional or educator to support and develop learners entering the motor vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical lessons across Motor Vehicle programmes (Level 1-3)
• Prepare lesson plans in line with curriculum requirements
• Assess student work and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Support and motivate learners to achieve their qualifications
• Monitor attendance, progress, and achievement
• Contribute to course development and quality improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle / Automotive Engineering (essential)
• Industry experience within the motor vehicle sector
• Teaching experience in Further Education (desirable)
• A recognised teaching qualification (preferred) or willingness to work towards one
• Strong communication and organisational skills
